SIMPLEX model isolatie

Isolatie voor 3D geprinte modellen
SIMPLEX modelisolatie is een isolator ontworpen voor modellen die 3D geprint zijn met een filament systeem.
Deze kant-en-klare isolator maakt het heel eenvoudig om orthodontische hulpmiddelen van tandhars op het geprinte model te maken.
Het wordt aangebracht met een kwast en vormt een gelijkmatige, zeer dunne isolerende laag op het oppervlak van het model.
Het resultaat: de modelhars en de tandhars zijn perfect gescheiden.
Na polymerisatie kan het afgewerkte object eenvoudig van het model worden losgemaakt, waarbij alle oppervlaktedetails behouden blijven.

Voordeel

Geschikt voor modellen gemaakt met filament 3D-printing, ontworpen voor het isoleren van modellen bij het maken van uitneembare orthodontische hulpmiddelen.
Ook geschikt voor modellen gemaakt met SLA/DLP printprocessen.
Een enkele laag is voldoende voor een optimale scheiding tussen model en object.
Verwijdert volledig met water en vereist geen reiniging met stoom, waardoor het gemakkelijk te gebruiken is en schade aan het materiaal wordt voorkomen.
