| The MESTRA interior trimmer is carefully designed to facilitate trimming work in dental laboratories. It comes in a compact, fully stainless steel built unit which is easy to clean and totally corrosion-resistant. Its large sitting surface and non-slip rubber feet make the unit stable and prevent vibrations or unwanted movements during use. Its powerful 1/3 HP, 3000 rpm motor ensures optimum cutting power and smooth, quiet operation. The trimmer is designed to work with 6 mm shank diameter drills. The work table is perforated to drain off the dust caused during denture trimming, and has an outlet tube which can be connected to an external exhauster. At the rear there is a Schuko type power connection which is very useful when an exhauster is used. The interior trimmer has a safety switch to protect against unexpected start-ups and a drill protection screen. It meets EC regulations, and is supplied with one 12-tooth hard-metal drill.
