The control microprocessor provides the user with a wide range of options, such as that of preprogramming gelatine temperature for a given time. Example if it is 7:00 pm, and we want the gelatine to be ready for pouring at 8:00 am, all we have to do is program “8 am” on the control.
Also we can change from pouring temperature C- 1 (75°C - 95°C) to maintenance temperature C- 2 (35°C - 65°C), or vice versa, simply by pressing the button.
Because its torque is high, the geared motor can be easily started even if the tank is full (the gelatine cut into pieces).
It has all safety features required by the EC, including:
