CUTEX Block-Out Wax
not suitable for casting technique does not burn without residue.

CUTEX serves to block-out undercuts or to smooth rough surfaces on dies. It is extremely hard and adapts easily to the contour of the die.

The higher melting point of CUTEX avoids bonding to the other YETI dipping waxes, underlining wax or cervical waxes. Use CUTEX after application of the die spacers. Easy to remove from the die at the end in order to hand over the unspoilt die to the dentist.

DIA GLACE

A polishing medium to obtain perfect surfaces of ceramic restorations. If ceramic is fired at too high temperature, in order to obtain a gleaming surface, it can appear artificial inside the mouth. Natural looks can only be achieved through polishing.

When the wheels are in use, heat is generated by friction, releasing the impregnated diamond particles at the contact point. The high quality of the raw materials guarantees optimum separation with both techniques. Divosep red is a quick drying liquid which forms a skin and is suited to light work such as casting dentures. Divosep orange is slow drying and as a result penetrates deep into the plaster. This separating agent is ideally suited to the packing/pressing technique.

Description

Vertex™ Divosheet is a highly flexible polyethylene sheet to be used in the trial pressing method. Per box 1000 sheets.

Before we are placing the flask with the dough under the hydraulic press, put a Divosheet over the dough in the flask. Than place the upper part of the flask and close the flask. Place the flask under the hydraulic press and slowly press the flask until the moment that all the rest dough came out. Remove the flask from the hydraulic press and open it again. Remove the Divosheet and the rest dough. Close the flask again and continue the pressing technique. By doing these steps in the process, the bite raise will be prevented.
